The free plan sends a weekly digest. Daily, weekday, and weekend delivery and choosing your hour come with the paid plan, which you can start from the preferences link in any newsletter email.
Paid plans are billed through PayPal. Your subscription becomes active only after PayPal confirms payment to us directly.
